Don’t know what’s happen, my Ghost Striped no appetite & being shy when she half years old. She being don’t love eat fozze mice, never eat more than two pinkies and very shy eating in daytime.
She never vomit, to compare with other same age cornsnake, her size obvious too small.
How to improve his appetite ?

Hi There

I have a few questions...

1. are your temps correct?
2. Is your stripe housed together with that bigger snake?

Reason I ask is that the two main causes for eating problems are incorrect temperatures and stress (often from cohabbing). :)

some snakes are just genetically programmed to thrive better than others, all you can do is optimise the potential of the smaller snake. Personally I'd try getting her onto peach fuzzies, or if it's the hair she objects to,small rat pups, and feed more frequently, perhaps every 6 days. Slitting the backs of the prey to aid digestion might help too.
One of my females is much smaller than the others because she has feeding issues too, but she is healthy so I'm just letting her feed and grow at her own pace.
