Well i have only had my snake three days and it ate its first pinky earlier today, but i've heard a lot about them going off the pre-killed mice as they get older does this happen with most snakes or is it quite rare?
It can happen. Out of my 20 snakes, 2 went from being aggressive f/t feeders to live only, and I'm still working on them. If it does, there are many tricks to try to get them back on track
Most snakes will be perfectly happy to eat f/t for their whole lives...
My only one that's a problem is my adult male who only eats freshly killed mice (they must still be twitching) but won't eat f/t and he won't eat rats...he also wouldn't eat white mice when he was younger...he's just a crabby feeder...lol
