My new snow's head have old scar, I think that is shed problems & his ex.owner never look after her problem.
I remember here have a post was discuss this problem, but I can't find this post. How can I make her get well ? I try to remove the scar (some like the old skins), after remove it his scar being color red ... :uhoh: likes bleeding ... so I only can help her to disinfect it :uhoh:

You could treat it with neosporin. You have basically made a scab by removing the buildup of old tissue, but it is hard to tell from your picture what kind of damage to the scales. I would just make sure to provide a damp hide for the next few shed cycles and let it take care of itself. It's not a good idea to peel your snake or try to 'help' it shed.

Just found this to show you, this Cali kingsnake was pretty beat up from escaping at the petstore. Crappy pics, but here's pics when I got him and after he finally shed... Most of the time they heal quickly. I would only fuss over it if it looks infected. All I did with this snake was put neosporin on him every few days.

Are you sure they are not rubbing their heads against something trying to escape and doing the damage to themselves? I'd keep them both on paper towels and treat with neosporin for now...
