Help me please, I woke up today and my snake looked like this. I think maybe he got too hot or there wasn't enough humidity. I'm going to soak him in some warm water and hope he comes back to life.

Should I take him to the vet???

What were the temps?
Is it dead?
Humidity shouldn't be a problem over night (only in shed)
I can't see any pics either.
perhaps a vet is for the best. (unless it's dead)
get a pic up and more details.

Can't see the picture.

You could try *Slowly* warming him if he's cold, But its only worthwhile if your temperatures were very low. If your temps we're normal and the snake is cold its definitely no longer alive.

I'd assume you'd be able to see his breathing if it was still alive?.

If you copy the link for the picture and past it into word it looks like this. I posted it for you to view for her. Honestly it looks like a shed. Just his old skin. I looked at it close and almost can see thru it.

Mmhmm just a troll.

Not even a very good one, The photo is linked directly off the original site.

Pity. I think with a little sound advice, he/she/it might have saved that poor skin.

When Butter shed last week (previous one had been a very bad patchy shed) I was expecting the worst. I found a small chunk of shed, but it was heavy for it's size. Carefully I started unrolling it. Turns out that it was half an entire shed, rolled up tightly like a ... er... (this is a family site, right)... individually wrapped latex product. Found another one almost as nicely wrapped up on the other side making an almost perfect shed.

It gave me a product idea, but I let it pass.
