Growing rates(Help!!)

When I got my corn around 3/4 months ago I got a little sheet of card with his feeding and shedding record his first feed was on 28/3/07 he is around 2' and has a girth of around 1cm how big should he be because in the photo gallery all the 07's look huge!!!!

He won't grow on that diet! Get him on fluffs asap. As Jenni said the 'Munson plan' is a good guide for feeding rates and sizes of prey as the snake grows.

ok so maybe if I gave him 2 pinkies tonight (now) because he last had something to eat just over a week and half ago because i was planning on waiting for 2 weeks then getting some fluffs.??

He could probably take 3 or 4 with no problem. Just get him used to bigger meals and get the poor thing growing.

He's just had his first fluff abit worried about a regurge because have not got a light but he is in his hide under the heat mat (fingers crossed!)

What are his warm side temperatures? I don't use lights at all to heat my snakes. just heat cable on their rack.

if your looking for a new bulb then get the red heating bulb, as that doesn't disturb them during the night (they can't see the same light spectrum we can supposedly) and it will raise ambient air temps if thats what you need.

More importantly your going to need some way to measaure how hot your UTH (heat matt) is getting. You need a digital thermometer with probe. Is your UTH regulated, do you use a thermostat or rheostat?

That 23 degrees celscious is fine for the cold side, but it sounds like you have no idea how warm your warm side is :shrugs:
