Half and Half egg?

carol

Down with the sickness
Well I guess there is a first for everything, last night my Milksnake Motley Corn layed a clutch of 12 good eggs, 1 slug, and one that looks good on one half and bad on the other. I wish I had a picture, it is really bizarre. One half is round, pudgy, white and dry, and the other half of the egg was moist, caved, and a little yellow. It changes like night and day right down the middle. It was right next to the slug I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Anyone else ever have one of these? I haven't tossed it yet but tonight I'm definately isolating it.

I have had several of these half & half eggs. They tend to go bad, but I did have one that hatched, although it was more like a 3/4 - 1/4 egg. Isolate, but incubate it. You never know!
