Handling after feeding

Hi,
I am a new corn owner (very cool he was my birthday present) . I have had him 9 days he ate well today (thawed previously frozen pinkie). How long should I wait to prevent regurgitation after feeding? Any thing I should look for? Thanks please bear with the newbie?

I always wait at least 2 days. I prefer 3 though, just to be safe
