Is it possible.

For a corn snake to gain 5 grams in 5 days? I fed maximus 4 days ago..day before that I weighted her and she was 60 grams. 4 days later (today) i weighted her again and she is now 65 grams.

So is it possible...or is she still in digesting of the hopper from 4 days ago?

Sure it's possible. Of course, she may have just taken a big drink of water. 5g of water isn't that much...

If she's still digesting a hopper then there you go. A member posted awhile ago here about waiting until your snake has pooped after a meal to get its most accurate weight. He/she remarked at how astounded he/she was that one poop could make such a weight difference.

What size mouse are you feeding? What's the rule of thumb, they gain 1/3 the weight of the mouse? You should see Big Jake- He'll gain 50 grams some weeks! Of course he has poos bigger than what Dean's little doggie can produce, too...
