Quick question about my snakes poo (lol)

We've had Manny for about 3-4 weeks and he hasn't really eaten yet, (with having mites and about shed) and he's just basically poo'd so I wanted to know if alls okay, sorry if this is a bit weird :P

No that's not normal, I'm afraid mate. You should take that stool sample to a vet qualified to deal with reptiles for an examination.

I'm not sure- to me it looks like a lot of urates from a snake that hasn't had a meal in a long time.

I'm with Nanci. Looks as normal as you would think it would if he had not eaten in a long time. Try to get him to eat and good luck.

I think it might be the tissue he's on that's making it worse... He must've been backed up cos he hasn't done any since we got him and he's been drinking quite alot, so I guess that explains the lots of fluid? (which you basically answered)
