Dented or dimpled scales? pics

I had Isabeau out today like usual when I noticed some patches of scales not quite like the rest of her. Most look like they have a line vertically through them, while others just look slighted dented in middle.

The humidity in her viv is probably a little higher than necessary. It's usually between 60 and 65%.
I had a look through a bunch of different search results but didn't see anything quite like this, so I'm going to guess that if nobody else raised the issue before it probably isn't one. She's my first though, so I wanted to be sure.

Weird, I was just about to make a new post with the exact same question until I saw yours. My hypo, Ferdinand, has dents on some of his scales too.

He's an 06, feeds fine and is very active. Humidity is around 50% and the warm side is 85F. He molts his old skin all in one piece about every 2 months.

I was thinking, is it possible for the scales to get dented when they squeeze onto something with a rough finish when climbing or just moving around?

Are you sure she's not ready to shed? After blue and before shedding my snake is "crinkly" where she bends her body. She feels a little different, too (different to my touch, I don't know how she feels inside there).

I have noticed the same thing with Simon ever since i got him!It never worried me but I would like to know what causes it.Shedding doesn't seem to make a difference, I thought too that he might shed these "creases" out but no such luck...

She's only shed twice with me. According to the breeder records the time between her sheds with me was a fair bit shorter than previously, but if it stays consistent she should be shedding again in a week or two.
We'll see what happens then.

So, she shed in one big piece a few days ago (it's about 25% longer than her first shed with me):

But upon a closer inspection her scales are still dimply. I wasn't focusing as much on the odd areas but these are her post-shed pics:

It's not noticably better, but doesn't seem any worse. The scales involved start normal at the front, dip inwards a tiny bit, and then bump back up. It looks kind of like paper does when it gets damp enough to wrinkle. Her humidity is a little bit higher than what's recommened... usually near 70% instead of 60.
She's no prize winning animal, but she doesn't seem to be inconvenienced.

That's weird, I noticed that some of the scales on my Ghost do that too (I don't have any pics of it though). He's also got lines down his belly, they kind of look like wrinkles-- has anyone else with snakes with dimpled scales noticed this?

I see that on some of my snakes. I don't think it means anything. Look at the pictures of Elle's MBM, you can see it on him, too. Noir is his name, to search for him.

Its nothing. Lucy's scales do that in some spots to. I think that it is from when they back up on somthing and it then kind of bends the scale.
