Inchworming

Artemis, My cute amel, has done this little thing I like to call inchworming ever since I adopted her!

I just think it's really cute.

She'll wrap herself around my hand as tight as she can without hurting me then want to go down my arm, without tightening the grip on my fingers so she'll "inch worm" her happy little way down my arm. She just wrinkles herself up, pulls then straightens out and keeps doing it. I don't think she quite realizes that, if I loosen up, I can move a little better.

She's so silly!

My amel stripe, Tulip, does that also. She's the most timid of my babies, and I'm guessing that's related. It's almost as if she's nervous about letting go and moving off. Silly critter, but fun!

Milly, my RO used to do that too when she was really little! now she's more interested in wandering all over me!
