Flexwatt Theromostat Probe

The suggested max temp for Flexwatt is 95 degrees.

How many of you place your probe directly on the Flexwatt and keep it at 95 - 97 degrees, as opposed to placing the probe inside the enclosure to ensure a nice 85 degree warm side even if it means the Flexwatt is running at about 105 degrees?

I would like to know this as well... For some reason inside my tubs seems warmer than the flexwatt itself...

I use flexwatt in my viv and it is covered with plexiglass. The probe in hot glue to the plexiglass above the flexwatt. The temp is mid eighties I would think since there is a slight air gap between them the temp is a little higher.
Is that any help??
