any of y'all had your baby corns poop out undigested pinkie innards? I checked the tank this morning and that is what I found with the poop. I turned up the heater a little bit just in case she wanted more heat.
Anyone seen this before?

Uh, I've never had a snake poop out undigested parts, if anything I'd say it was a regurgitation. What were the temperatures of the tank before you raised them? Did you handle your snake soon after it ate?

Yeah, that definetly sounds like it could've been a regurge and not poop. The most I've ever seen remain of a mouse is a little bit of fur and that's with my adults.

no, it was mixed in her normal poop. i'm pretty sure it wasn't regurge. there wasn't a bad smell in the tank.

I have seen some of the big breeders on this site say that undigested poop means too low temps. What temps do you have in your tank?

Also, are you using a basking lamp or an UTH (under tank heater)?

temps are usually around 85. uth that she tends to lay on top of in the hide on that side. I did turn up the heater rheostat a little just in case. I didn't get a chance to check the temp today. I will when I get off work in the morning.

She's been eating 2 pinkies. Maybe I'll back down to one for a couple of weeks.

If anything go the other way with the temps. 80 is better than 85+.

I'd say keep your heat around 82 and reduce feeding to one pinkie like you mentioned for a week or two then try 2 pinkies again if that fixed the problem.

why would I decrease the tank temp? I thought more heat= more digestion?

Too much heat could be a problem. I find that 82 is optimal here

My young corn once did that too, it was on my shirt!, and It looked way different but I def dont think it was a regurge. I wasnt at all pinkie looking. It did smell abnormally bad too.
