Actually it's a Lavender Motley. That was one of the containers where I threw in a few small clutches of eggs rather than wasting an entire shoebox for just a few eggs. Of course, I put clutches together that there would be no doubt which babies were which. Except none of the clutches SHOULD have produced a Lavender Motley....... :eek:

And it has a very nice stripe motley pattern as well.

But if I have to get a surprise, I would rather it be a pleasant one for a change.

That certainly is a nice surprise. I bet that one made you feel good. It is an absolute beauty, but then again I am partial to the stripe/motley pattern - and that pattern certainly looks great on that colored snake!!!
The reason why I asked what it was, was I was trying to figure out what you could have had in a reverse amel clutch that looked like that head.:)
Congratulations, it looks like Lady Luck is giving back a little that Murphy takes away.

Nice. Ya know, I think I like the fully 'striped' StripedMotley pattern better than I like the regular Striped pattern, in general...

Goodluck with that lav motley... Just out of curiousity, what were its parents, that the morph shouldn't have shown up? Or is that secret?
