Ok I have read do not hold your corn until he digests his food for he will puke it up. Is this true?? I'm scared to hold him until a few days after he eats or until his bump goes away.

You can hold him 48-72 hours after you have fed him. I'm more conservative with babies, because a regurge is much more dangerous for them.

You can pick them up and move them around if you have to. But I wouldnt "hold them". Playing with them could upset them and make them regurge. Like Nanci said 48-72 hrs is usually a good time frame. Mine usually are done in 48 hrs and poop out.

Okay I fed him the 12th and held him yoday and he pooped on me so I guess he is okay. I have to feed him again today. THANKS

If you feed today, by 1st thing Thursday you should be more than okay....

As soon as they're done. Just make sure it's very minimal handling. Or, if the feeding container is small enough, and the viv/tub is large enough, you could just put the feeding container in the viv/tub and let them crawl out on their own.
