How often should she shed?

I have an 07 female lavender corn that is shedding quite frequently. Her last 3 sheds have been 6/2, 7/23, and then today again on 8/12. She is healthy, and eating very well. A weaned rat every 7 days. I haven't seen any signs of anything wrong, no mites or skin problems. Should I be concerned? Is she shedding to often?

I think the high fat content of the rats may be making her grow faster than if she was eating mice. My '07 (male) is eating an adult mouse every 10 days and he sheds every 8 feedings pretty consistently. Do you know what she weighs?

No, but I do plan on weighing her soon, she is getting big and I'm hoping she will be able to breed by spring.
