My corn snake has been staying on the cool (room temperature) side of the tank for about 5 days now. Is this ok? Should I be concerned about anything?

My corns tend to stay on the cool side more often than not also. We have it set up so that they can get under their water dishes and that is where we find them most often. Not sure if it should be a concern or not.....

Ah yeah my corn lies beside the water dish on the cool side.

It may be too hot on the warm side. How are you heating your viv? Are you using a thermostat to control the heat?

I'm heating it with a heating pad, currently I don't have anything to monitor it with. You can see my other post here: http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87947

mine stays on the cool side uner the greenery I have in the tank. I have a 10 gal tank. It's heated with a small heeting pad made for a 1 - 5 gallon tank & I have a 60 watt ceramic heating lamp close to the pad and in the day only a 60 watt light bulb on the other side closer to the greenery.
