What do I do its like half way down her throat. He though she was hungry because she doesn't eat everyday. Do I take it out or leave her. Does her eating it mean she was hungry?? She gets 2 pinkys a week is it time to move up to fuzzies. Is she gonna die. WHAT DO I DOOOO

First, but a lock on the cage so your nephew doesn't have access to your snake.
Then let the snake be. it should be fine, then skip this weeks feeding and try to feed next week.

OK. Are you sure I shouldn't try to remove it from her mouth its a big chunck. I don't think she can swallow it. Would she exaust herself? I don't want her to die:(

How big are we talking!!!
If it not the same or a little smaller girth of the snake yes try to remove it.

LOL sorry this isn't funny I know, but if it isn't any bigger than the two pinks she gets then relax, skip the next meal, and obviously explain to the wee lad snakes don't eat hot dogs.

Well I just took a look in her tank and she has managed to swallow it. There's a bigg lump in her belly. The chunck was about twice her width. Ill keep an eye on her and make sure all is well. Thank you very much Lennycorn. Sorry I pannicked. Lol that's my only and first snake. :)

Got to thinking though!!! What is next SPAM? or even SPAM Spread? Viennas? or how about Potted Meat?

You got to keep the processed meats on hand!

Vienna's for yearlings of course, but you'll have to roll them in calcium since they don't have bones, but for power feeding I'd go with sausage links....

Were there any condiments involved?

I may have to try scenting with hot dogs for those stubborn fedders.

Probably not, a lot of young men don't use condiments.

I'd let her go three days with no handling. If she regurges, tell us right away, and we will tell you how to handle that.

Poor kid trying to help out a hungry snakey. :) Hopefully the hot dog will pass and all will be well. I'm giggling at the image of a little snake trying to swallow a hot dog now. :D
