Partially raised scales

Our corn, dunno how old, had his first shed (with us) over the weekend. Great shed, fully intact, both spectacles. But now I've noticed that a few of his scales seem slightly raised on the back ends. You can see a sort of zig-zag profile in the areas, and it feels rough to rub your hand backwards. Most of his body is fine, it's just a couple of spots.

You think it's just how he might have been positioned? I haven't seen any evidence of mites. What should I do?

I tried to get a pic, but it was nearly impossible. Since it was a small area, you could only see it when it was on the outside of a bend, and it kept moving.

I would place him on newspaper in a hospital tank. Just water and two hides. Watch it for 2 weeks or until the next shed cycle and if it gets any worse call a local reptile vet
