Okay I've been feeding my caramel stripe in her viv. this is how she has always been done with no signs of aggression, I always feed on a plate & she takes it fine. Well heres my dilemma tonight she drug the mouse off the plate and got shavings stuck to it. I was there and pulled off some while she was swallowing but I'm sure she still swallowed some. Is there anything I can do to make sure she passes them. She has aspen bedding and is kept in a melamine snake rack with the heat panel kept at 86 degrees in the back and 75 in front. Can anyone offer me any other suggestions. AND YES I WILL NEVER FEED IN VIV AGAIN.:blowhead:

Don't fret. Your snake will be fine. A piece of aspen should pass with no problem. There not anything I can think of to help the snake pass it tho.
Just keep an eye on your snake for the next few days.

She should be fine. In the wild corns would get all sorts of things in thier mouth. I am sure she will be fine. Just make sure she is pooping regularly
