  • hey Anna, i talked to a couple of breeders today.. do you know about how old your new corn is? and has your son got to handle him any? i guess reall you havent had him that long.. anyway dakotacorns has a (dang i went brain dead, lol) i think he's an 09 ghost/lavender. that he said is just a really mellow guy. i also emailed derrick from d & k rept in cinci. i had met him at the april expo. he said he will have a large number of babies at the expo in may and would be glad to help us pick a good one. they both were really informative. i guess i ma getting overly excited, lol. how's your little one doing?
yeah i had read your post about you getting yours, awesome! we havent got one yet. i get 50% custody and we arent strict about it and let the kids kinda pick. so jack actually stay here more than that. but he is in the first grade and was bringing home every reptile book they had in the library. so i had let him use my laptop to look up snake facts and ended up on the lexington expo the sat before the one last sunday. we had a great experience there. however it was a bit smaller than i expected. he handled several types of pythons, baby king snakes, baby milk snakes, but DK reptiles had a couple of okeetee's that he handled and fell in love with.. and i noticed you too are into art. i do airbrush and pin stripping for a living.. so i loved the colors as well. so we have the basic set up, still need a uth, and some alpine stuff. but this coming weekend as more rain (urrgghh) we are going to work on the viv some more. Bob (crotailis) and i talked. i hated hearing about his snakes passing. but he said when he got back his report, he would let me know about the remaining ones he had got at the same time.. but i think i will probably wait til the may 15th expo. also i am kind of in a debate on getting a baby or maybe a 4-6 month old?? what are your thoughts?
hi Anna, i'm Rob in winchester. i earlier on here i had found a breeders list that listed someone in frankfort?? but i cant seem to even find the list again. also i will be a beginner, my son is 6 and at the expo in lex on the 4/15 he was pretty much handling everything, lol. but anyway, if you have any info or tips.. thanks in advance..
