  • Hi...yes Ted Andrews is definitely a different take. I havent read the book straight through.. I just read the pages on an animal that I am interested in for some different insights than the Medicine cards or for ones not in their book. I trust whatever insights resonate in me at the time. I did like the Sacred Path cards when I used them years ago I borrowed them from a friend. Hmm maybe this would be a good time to get my own set. Also I havent got the newest version of the animal medicine cards that include some new animals. I got my first set in 1992 --yikes that was a long time ago. thanks for the recommended book...
I actually -just- ordered that book, and I started going through it.
I have to admit... I don't feel too connected to it at the moment, some of the things written there not exactly going hand in hand with what Jamie Sams writes...
There are however many angles on everything so... I simply am reading and going with that which speaks to me most.
I used the Sacred Path cards actually, moreso than the Medicine cards- I always felt a stronger connection to them.
If you're interested in such things, I really recommend reading "Coyote Medicine" by Lewis Mehl Madrona.
DYK I am slow as heck?
When you commented on the Tarot, I actually replied, only it was on my board... and it was like ages ago.
    So, thanks :)
Hey There! I saw that you had visited my profile, so I thought I'd say hello. You've been here a while...feel like delurking and posting an intro? We'd love to meet ya!
