  • I've heard of it, Wylie, but I haven't tried it, yet. I've heard that you're supposed to use Dove dishwashing liquid, and we don't have it (the smell of it makes me sick). I wonder if you can use any dishwashing liquid to wash them in?
You're welcome. It is always very sad to lose a pet and I am sure you did everything you could for him.
I adore all animals really :) I have always had pets and volunteered at multiple animal shelters. Decided to turn my passion into a career and now I'm working on my Zoology degree :D I got my first snake this past friday, my '10 Okeetee female Valkyrie. I love Okeetees!
Alex is an Amel. Though she is showing very very little white as she gets older and her red's, oranges and yellows seem to be getting brighter with each shed.
Hi Wylie :). I love BPs because they are a nice size, they have a nice temperament (at least all of them I've ever met do), they're pretty mellow and easy to just hang out with (I don't have to constantly chase them down to keep them from racing into a corner or under a seat cover, in other words), their movements are fairly slow and gentle, and they just feel good to hold and interact with! I can imagine that if they went on a hunger strike that I would find it very distressing, but so far, mine eat *knocks wood*.
Too bad you can't make it to Daytona. The Pensacola show will seem like a tiny show compared to this one, lol! Maybe next year!
Hubby retired from the Air Force just this year then we moved down here for his new job as a gov civilian working for the AF on Eglin. You must have gone into the AF right out of HS cause you and my hubby are the same age only he was born in January.
Kaa doesn't seem to take too long to poop. At least it doesn't seem so. I probably should start keeping records of that too. With 15 corns, it gets kinda tough. Oh, my wife is at Hurlburt. I was too until I retired in '07. Also, we are going to Daytona, so if you need anything, let me know!
