  • Hi Roland,

I did a search on house snakes on this site and your name popped up with some good advice, and..... you're also from SA (been trying to find some locals).
I have recently aquired a rather young Aurora House snake (0.1), and I'm having a bit of trouble with the feeding. I know that they are gecko eaters when young but the place that I got her from said that they have fed her pinks before sale. Since she has been with us she has fed once (in about a month), but I think that was a flook.
We have tried a few "tricks" to get her to take but nothing seems to work too well.
Any advice on how to get her back on feed would be great. (or is this just normal behavior??)

    Thanks, Cheers
    Graeme
