How old do baby mice have to be before you can tell the sex of them? Is the difference easy to see?

Just got our first litter of mice yesterday. Looks like 17 babies. 5 went straight to our 2 corns. Going to let a few grow up into adults. We still have one more pregnant female that we are waiting to go. It seems that both females are taking care of the one litter.

My gf decided that she wants to breed mice for feeders. We got 1 male and 2 females. Have them housed in a standard 20 gal tank with screen top. Aspen bedding, water bottle, and food dish. Is there anything else that we need to keep them happy?
