all i have been feeding my sorn is f/t pinkys.. sometimes he eats em right up.. other times i have to wiggle it and get his atttention.. so i was wondering since he is still on pinkys, and pinkys dont really move much or have a good chance at hurting my snake, if it would be ok to feed likve pinkys?

how do you guys go about giving your snake a bath? i have a mite problem and i need to give him a bath.. is it just warm water and let him swim? use regular soap and wipe him down?

ok so to my surprise i received my provent-a-mite this morning.. read the directions and it says i could spray the substrate thats in the viv already.. would you guys recomend i clean it out first and use newpaper and spray on that.. or keep it as is ans use on old substrate?

whats the way to tell?? does the snake have to be a certain age to find out.? im just currios to find out weather i have a male or female.. and mine is only about 4-5 months old so hes too young to be interested in mating seaso rite?

according to the mosun plan.. if my snake is under 15g i should feed single pinkys that way 3g...the pinkys i got are really small and both of em add up to 3 grams.. is it ok to feed 2????its feeding time tonite so i need to know thanks in advance

i was told that my frozen pinkys would arrive tomoro morning.. i come home today to find a tag that ups had been there.. and the post office was closed so i could go pick them up.. so i have to wait till tomoro morning. how long can the mice stay out witout being frozen before going bad????

i was wondering as too how long you guys leave ur mice out to thaw?? last time i fed my snake i bought the pinky at the store.. and fed him right when i got home.. i didnt even think about it being still frozen.. how long should i leave it out before feeding?

so i just made my rheostat.. works great.. i also got a thermometer.. i got the warm side to a nice 84F... then i go to the cool side and it drops down to a 68... how can i get the cool side warmer without getting the hot side too hot???

about my viv? i bought it second hand it measures 40"x14"x19".. how many gallons is that? anywhays im new to snakes and i want everythiing to be perfect.. im getting my themometer and making my thermostat tomorow.. other than that is there anything you dont see in there that i need?? thanks...

so i just read on another thread that without a thermostat can heat up to over 100 degrees.. i do not have a thermostat.. im looking to order one but dont have one yet.. and i leave my heat pad on all day.. is this a bad idea.. should i turn it on and off throughout the day?? if so please let me...
