Obviously a stripe, but what kind? Butter? Amber? Gold Dust?
The stripe fades toward the tail. Eyes are dark with a gold ring.
Bought as a "tan corn snake" along with a "red corn snake" (amel). They are roughly the same size and weight but not certain if they are related.

My guess would be an amber stripe.

Princess_Parselmouth 08-26-2019 09:46 PM

That was my initial thought. Someone also suggested Kastanie stripe

Frank Pinello 08-26-2019 09:56 PM

Looks more like Carmel than it does a kastanie to me in your photo. Sticking with amber.

A lot depends on the pigmentation of the eyes. A darker reddish tint would likely indicated an Amber Stripe. But if a lighter red, lacking any melanin, then it would be a Butter Stripe. IMHO.

Maybe more pics would help to nail it down better.
