I am actually a big fan of low level UV exposure for many animals that otherwise do not have it listed on their fancy care sheets. Leos especially seem to benefit from small tropical lamps, being more crepuscular than actually nocturnal. Though I might skip it for corns with reduced melanin in the eyes, I am actually hoping some small LED UV solutions will eventually become available so I can rig them up to my racks in the future. I've even purchased a 35 watt SunRay lamp for my bioactive paludarium because I believe its inhabitants (a garter snake, some endler's, and lots of bugs) will benefit from it.
