We use 'wetboxes' normal tupper ware or anything else (in europe there are little butter boxes perfect!) with a hole in it ... wet sphagnum moss and they can choose when they want to lay in there ... the moss keeps looooong wet, so we usually make the moss wet again once in 3 month... they also lay there when they need to diggest - warm and high humidity let them diggest faster
