My goodness, yes I see them! That's really nifty.
You could be right about scaleless vs scaled personalities. I don't know because I've never even seen one in person.
But I have had both rough coat and smooth coat collies, and they are supposed to be the same dog, except for the coat, it they're not. Smooth coat collies definitely have a more outgoing personality.
