did somebody know if the 'pied' can be lost with maturing ?
Still looking at old pictures and see that there was a way more white when my babygirl was younger, then now ...pics from the same side of the snake below
- the last picture show orange on the side - this orange was all white ! :nope:

Just trying to show the differences

It never "lost" the pied markings, the color just hadn't filled in yet. That's why a lot of people inexperienced with P/S often mistake newly hatched Hypo Diffused and Fire corns for P/S. My Cayenne Fire looked like low expression P/S until he was a year or more. He does have a few odd white patches, but P/S isn't known to be in his lineage so it's probably just really nice Diffused expression, or perhaps some influence from Masque.

Indeed the Pied doesnt get lost, still you have to select your best pied to breed....nice looking animals there still in my top 5 of corns after so many years

I choosed the name 'Isis' and 'Anubis' for 'Liv's' Halfsiblings - it fits perfect - little Isis is a feisty character and Anubis calm and nice ! ;)

Last two pictures are Liv and her roommate 'Freya' - they have a big tank, but always have to lay together - a big wood is the favorite place, but also the plateau is very popular :eek:k_01:
