Yes feeding every 3 days is too much for some snakes. Revert to feeding every 5 days, and allow 48 hrs to digest. Also if you just got him, I'd leave him alone for a week to help him settle in. Just make sure you have enough hides since snakes love to hide, it makes them feel safe & secure. And when they are little like that, they can be very nervous don't be alarmed its normal.
