2010 Hypos het anery, lavender, blood (for Jadie.Glitch)

Blue Apple Herps

aka Matthew, PhD
Well last year I donated a prize for one of the photo contests, but my a/c went out and killed off all but a few eggs. Jadie.glitch had chosen my snakes for her prize - unfortunately she had to wait until this year to collect. But these are the ones she picked out.

2010 hypo het anery, lavender, blood. From breeding a hypo lavender het blood to a ghost blood. They should make some really exciting snakes in a few years.

(I LOVE the color on the female - if she wasn't going away I might have held her back)

Thanks - you have to promise to stick around and post up pics when you breed them in a few years! I want to see that menagerie of colors when they hatch out!!

Of course! I'm usually a lurker but I'm on this site pretty regularly. I'll definitely keep you all updated when I have a clutch someday :D.

They'll be here today, yay!! I'm so excited! As some of you might remember, I was intending on getting out of snakes last year, and even found homes for a few of them, however my husband has a decent job now (we actually work at the same place, so that's also cool), and my ASF rats now have their own rack and are breeding like little monsters so there's plenty of food to go around. Isn't it nice when things start to work out?? Well, at least one thing is looking up, and that's good enough for me! :D

I'm so glad you were able to not have to give up snakes!! And thank you once again for being so patient and understanding. Sorry you had to wait a year for your prize, but hopefully they'll be worth the wait.

That female is a serious piglet (she's already getting ready to shed again!) so I'm sure in a couple of years you'll get a nice big clutch with all sorts of fun babies!! :)

They're here and super beautiful! The male was feisty and the female was saying "get me out of this cup!!" but they're both secured again and awaiting transport home after work. Neither wanted water but I'll offer it to them again later and set them up in tubs when I get home.

Thanks again!! And don't worry about them being late. It wasn't your fault and this is just a much better time for me anyway :).
