rat male & female ratio?

hi, what is the usual male & female ratio for rats when you try breeding them? thanks in advance

I always did a 1.2 or 1.3 ratio.

IMHO, 1:2, 1:3 or 1:4 will work for mice or rats. Dunno about other rodents. It also depends on the tub size you use. Male rats will take care of up to about 4 ladies, but to run a group that big you need a big tub.

ralph davis is a mad man!!!!!!!!!!i just went through and watched all 8 of the videos and his system is crazy...he has to have a.d.d. in order to keep up with everything he has to do between the snakes and the feeders.
damn im actually glad im not him so i dont have to deal with all of them rodents
