BehaviorGeneral topics or questions concerning the way your cornsnake may be acting.
I'd be more concerned with your JRT decided one day to tap into his terrier-hunter nature and try to eat your corn. My sister-in-laws JRT mix tried to kill her snakes several different times.
I have 4 cats and a dog. I don't handle the snakes near any of them.
We were chatting with a friend and his JRT mix was sitting nearby and jumped up, raced across the yard, and then thrashed a black racer. He said his dog kills several snakes a month. My Rat terrier chases the racers but is too slow to catch them.
