Suddenly uninterested in warm hide?

I've had Nova for two months now and she's always spent time in both of her hides. The last time I cleaned her tank (a week ago), I also installed a thermostat to make sure the temp on her warm side is maintained at 85F. Since then, she hasn't been in her warm hide at all. I fed her yesterday and I'm worried she won't be able to digest properly because she won't go on the warm side of her tank.

I've attached a photo. The skull is her warm hide.

Any thoughts?

Where is the thermostat probe placed in relation to the UTH?

It's in the warm hide, just below the surface of the bedding.

Just to confirm, is the UTH on the under side of the tank, and the probe right on the top of the glass? Or is the probe up a little higher, in the substrate?

The UTH is under the tank and the probe is up in the substrate with the thermostat set to 85F.

Ok, you will want to put the probe completely under the substrate, up against the glass. The substrate is acting as an insulation, so the temps are likely higher than it should be.

That may be why your snake is suddenly avoiding the warm hide.
