Weird poo or regurge?

Normally her poos look more like poo, but this is mostly just hair. It's hard, not squishy. There's also some crumbly stuff that looks kind of like urates but it's a bit...green? This is the second time I've seen one of these. The first time, I wasn't sure what it was so I treated it like a regurge and waited a week before feeding her a hopper mouse (she's 400g). I'm pretty sure it didn't happen until at least 5 days after feeding. I guess that would be more of a vomit than a regurge if that's what happened. She followed up with a normal poo about a day or two later.

Anyone able to tell what this is from looking at it?

How sure are you? I'll probably feed her today if nothing's wrong.
