Losing weight etc

Hi. I am hoping someone can help me. I have an 8 year old corn who a few months ago started losing weight. I upped his ( i think it's a he) feeding schedule and since he has not really gained any weight back and he poops a LOT. It used to be once-twice/week but now it's 4-5 at least and it smells worse than it used to. He was on an adult mouse every other week or so and now is on 1-2/week. He still eats readily and is active and shows no signs of there being anything wrong otherwise. Any ideas??

Thank you

You may want to take a stool sample to a reputable vet. While I haven't personally experienced this problem with snakes, I think ruling out parasites is in order.
