How long to people wait to feed their new baby corn? My boy last ate Sept 30. I got him Oct 6th.

I think the general rule is to give them 5-7 days to settle into their new environment before handling or feeding.

Different people will tell you different things. A lot of folks like to have the snake get used to its new home, and allow it a week or so to "settle in." If your snake is nervous, timid, or shy, that may be a good idea. This could also depend on the age of the snake and its size, and if it's comfortable around people or not.

When I got my corn snake, it was already a few months old, it was used to being held, and not shy at all. So, I offered him a mouse the next day after I got him and he ate fine.
