Nosebleed

I fed Melody a hopper tonight but she had some difficulty eating it. It took her longer than usual to eat and I think that particular mouse may have been a bit too big for her. Just as she had most of it down, I noticed that a little blood would come out of her nostrils as she bit down. Should I be concerned?

My guess is this.
The nasal passages go directly to the mouth and the mouse was on the large size for her to eat so while compressing the mouse your snake squeezed out blood from it which in turn came out of her nose.

Thanks. I hoped it might have been something like that but I don't know enough about snake anatomy to be sure.
