Go girls!

she should be highly diffussed as a adult. I think she will be a real nice bloodred when she grows up.

Thanks Elle, Vinman. She's an aggressive feeder too. She's not an evil girlie, she just rattles her tail to let me know how fierce she could be,and strikes a few times each time I pick her up, in case I hadn't got the message. :)

Freshly shed, my normal/classic girl, Calamity Jane.

This is shedding week! Pearl has new scales, she's going to stay on weekly feeding for a while as she's gaining nicely on it

Thanks. She's taken her own sweet time to go green, I was starting to wonder if she'd ever change

The little snakies got fed tonight, so here's Polly peeping out of her substrate, Kate showing how to eat a mouse and Belle not biting me

They are all looking great!

Pearl is lovley..I'd love to see more pics of her, she looks very dark :)

Thanks! Belle is Pearl's daughter. I interrupted her egg-laying and caused her problems, then she had some slugs she'd double-clutched, so she's had a bad time. She's regaining condition steadily now and through it all has stayed a very calm, handleable snake, unlike her daughter who is still a little bit flighty (IE, a tail rattling, repeat striking little beast). Pearl's digesting but I'll see if I can get nice shots of her later in the week

Pearl had 2 small adult mice because I've run out of jumbos for her

Sundance shed last night, but she still had a tail-tip attached:eek:
Managed to ease it off with a damp cloth. I'll keep a closer eye on the shedding cycles in case the central heating is drying the air too much
