Need to rehome very thin snake

Not sure if this is the best place to post this.

I rescued two corn snakes from Craigslist, one of them is very very thin. While it has gained some weight back I don’t have much time to monitor the health of the snake.

Is anyone in San Jose, CA that can take this snake?
