I'm really bad about spider ID's, almost looks like a type of huntsman but thats just a guess.
I'd keep him in a small kritter keeper or similiar sized contain with air holes. Put down some dirt from outside, some leaf litter and a few sticks. Add a small water bottle cap for a water dish and he should be perfectly happy.

waldo, can we have some pictures of your babys? and some of your collection? I'm really interested laitly in T's even though I'm really scared lol
