Remembered that Green Valley's not a city, but just a bunch of housing developments. We had to hire a plumbing company and pay out of our own pocket. We turned off the water and rerouted it from the meter to the house. Found out we didn't have a regulator on the line and the pressure was too high, probably causing the leaks. We have one now.
Now we have to get all the utilities come in and mark their lines before we can patch the leak in the main water line. Fixing the water line won't happen until next Tues. or Wed. Fun, fun, fun....
