The first thing I would try would be in the evening, place him in a small deli cup in a dark quiet place, like a closet. Leave him alone for half an hour in there. Heat up a pinky really hot, pour some boiling water over it and put it in the container with him. Leave him alone with it for at least an hour in the dark quiet place. Do not peek or disturb him at all. Check on him after an hour to see if he's eaten. If he hasn't, reheat the pinky and leave it with him overnight. If he still hasn't eaten overnight, toss the pinky away.

The main thing, though, is don't try to feed him too often. Only try like once every 3-5 days. Keep handling to a minimum, or not at all, until he's eating reliably.
