So i got Charles Pritzel's 2011 book and was just looking though it for the umteenth time. and My Amel's eyes are not totaly red like they show in the book. her eyes are more like my snow's kind of whitish red.
As with the overall coloration, you will see some variation in eye color from one individual to another within the same morph. With any morph combo that is homozygous for amelanism, the basic premise will remain the same...no black pigment in the pupil or the iris.
