Raccoon

Saw this guy outside the bedroom window the other day, apparently scrounging for sunflower seeds that the birds had kicked out of the feeders.

I wish they would limit themselves to the seeds and not be raiding my pear trees.

Yeah, between them and the squirrels, they did a number on my pear trees this year. I was just watching the game camera I had out and saw a pretty fat looking squirrel (probably from all the pears he has been eating) jumping around in one of the trees he has already stripped of pears. I decided to put the hunting blind out behind the garage. The live traps just don't work for squirrels here. I've only caught one, many years ago, and it's like they put out some sort of bulletin warning all the rest of them.

I think if I put a trail cam up at my house, I'd likely mostly see the fricken neighborhood roaming cats that keep coming into my yard.

Yeah, I'm sure they do a number on the bird populations.

Yeah, I've found feathers in my yard, and I'm not happy about it at all.
