First corn snake experience - worried about the tail

Hi,

I've recently acquired my first corn snake. I'm a bit worried with how her tail looks like. There are some lumps on it and it doesn't look that good.
Would someone kindly take a look at the photos and advise whether I should be concerned? It's only the tail that's affected, other body parts look good.

Kind regards,
Wojciech

Looks like there might be some stuck shed on the tail.
