Constipated/old slugs?

Hey everyone.

I acquired a skinny/neglected adult female anery 2 weeks ago and it hadn't defecated for 9 days after feeding it so I starting lightly palpating and feeling around and was able to get her to poop but also am feeling 5-6 good sized lumps starting just past the halfway point of her body.

The person I got her from said they barely ever handled the snake and had it since it was a baby so I highly doubt it was ever bred. He also said he didn't have any heat for it for a few weeks.
I'm wondering if those lumps are old slugs that are stuck inside her or huge follicles?
Could they be slugs she produced herself and got stuck inside?

She ate Sunday so still has some food in her but these lumps kind of feel like small eggs.

Any insight would be great, Thanks a lot everyone
