Heated room only--no UTH

My question is for those of you that heat rooms only and provide no heat gradient via some sort of heat mat or cable.

1. Do you find that room heat alone is sufficient for the snakes in digestion?
2. Do you have any regurgitation problems?
3. Also, what went into your decisions to do room heat only?
4. Finally, what temperature do you keep your room set at?

Thanks you,
Steve
